What do you HAVE to do tomorrow that you perhaps don’t particularly want to do?
Today I get to share with you a simple little gem, that might make tomorrow’s To Do list just a little bit more bearable.
So whenever you can catch yourself saying or thinking things like “…I have to go to work, then I have to get some food in and then I have to pick up the kids this afternoon“, try say it all again, replacing the “have to” part with the words “get to“.
Read it again in the new frame.
Did it start to feel a bit more hopeful?
A little more energising? Meaningful?
