Who will you become?
The “Your Future Self” exercise is a fantastic little exercise we occasionally incorporate into the mindset training plans here, and only takes a minute or two whenever you fancy a boost in motivation, mood and productivity:
Briefly imagine yourself celebrating your 100th birthday, looking back over your life, grateful of all those things you did, and imagine giving a couple of words of advice to your “present-day self”. What would you be saying about the things you are most proud of?
What advice would the future you give the present day you about the things they regret the most? Words of wisdom? Comfort? Courage?
