I want to share this super quick visualisation with you because the people I’ve tried it with loved it, and it can be really quick if you want too:

For just a moment, visualise the last time you felt fully present in the flow of something engaging, interesting, stimulating, delightful, or exciting.

Visualise what you were doing and feel how it felt.

How it felt to be fully alive.

(OK here’s the time you do it before reading on!)

That feeling…that energy, is in you!

That is why I find life so brilliant. Living can be amazing!

It’s good to remember what makes you feel alive, and how it feels.

When we feel alive, we are happy, when we feel happy, we are alive!
