What you do to others, you do to yourself…

What you do to others, you do to yourself. What you do for others, you do for yourself.

When we love, we feel loved, we neglect and we feel ignored.

But the cycle starts before that. And whatever you account this cause and effect relationship to, whether you thank karma or fate, a god or the science that proves this point; our actions arise from thoughts arising from emotions.  We must imagine, and experience, feelings and emotions before we can try to distribute them to others.

We must imagine, and experience, feelings and emotions before we can begin to distribute them to others.

We must feel love in ourselves before we can love others. The same is true for neglect, and all other emotons. It grows in us before we output it.

Try doing someone a favour, a small act of generosity a gesture of kindness, and see if this statement holds true.

What do you feel immediately before taking the action?

Given the choice, what emotions would you try to fill your life with?

What you do to others, you do to yourself. What you do for others, you do for yourself.
