That’s why developing habits and capacity for gratitude is at the very core of almost all happiness increasing approaches. And this trick can help you achieve exactly that!
Try to consciously start at least 10 sentences today with “Thank you…”. “Thank you for this feedback…”, “Thank you for allowing me to do x,y,z…”
People who say thank you more are generally happier people. So are those who frequently discuss and write about what they’re thankful for.
So why not commit to 10 Thank You’s today, and see if this increased awareness of gratitude brings you some happiness too!
