Today’s happy idea: Use the rain for happiness! You can practice “Positive Shifting” – taking the rain and finding good from it, the nutrition of the plans, new fruit and veg for us to eat or big trees to appreciate, or to literally wash away dirt from the roads and clean your car if you have one, or to cleanse your spirit.
You can also use it to practice mindfulness – training the mind to become aware of this present moment right now.
So next time you’re in the rain, listen to the sound of the raindrops falling on the leaves. Really breathe in the fresh air, feel the humidity in your lungs, the sensation of moisture.
So practice mindfulness and use what the world provides.
