If you’ve not tried a gratitude journal before, try it out today!
For the days until you have a notebook to record them, just mentally run through a short list of things you are grateful for, and be specific!
You could do this before falling asleep each day or before getting up in the morning.
Then start physically recording your personal sources of happiness somewhere.
The main objective is training the mind to practice gratitude more often and to remind us of the countless reasons to be happy.
You will also be creating a mini happiness fountain that you can go to in tougher times in future.
Here’s to prioritising happiness!
Why not pass on this little Hi to someone that might also like to start their day on a Hi note!
