Who’s been great to you recently? Take a second to think of your answer!
Visualise this person. What do they mean to you? What did they do that was great? What might they have been thinking when they were “being great” to you? Take a moment to answer these questions.
And how do you feel about that person now?
The questions we ask ourselves can make a huge a difference in how we think, act and feel. Taking a minute now and then to ask yourself who else has been great to you recently can shine a new light into the day, and the relationships we have. If you are grateful to have someone as a meaningful connection, they’d probably love to hear of the impact they made!
