Have some fun!


Having fun and enjoying yourself is a great part of the happiness formula!

In one survey, people that said they enjoy “Fun and silliness” were also 33% more likely to say they feel genuinely happy.

Happiness is not only the removal of sadness, it is a positive and energising thing that we can enjoy with activities that we personally find fun.

And having fun is not just doing what other people like to do, or doing what we think we should find fun! You are your own person, make sure you have time to have fun, doing whatever floats your boat!  

Chances are if you liked doing it last time, even if that was back when you were a child, it’ll still be fun today!
