How to break the habit of worrying

If there is a solution to a worrying problem, then our efforts are far better spent finding and actualising the solution than worrying, fretting and ruminating.

If there is no solution to this problem, then again, what good is worrying?

It is far better to learn how to accept this situation for what it is and take whatever actions we can that will make the greater situation of life as good and happy as possible.

Learning how to accept a potentially worrying situation, and at the same time accept the responsibility to take action can require time, effort and practise.  Why not try out one of our personalised Happiness Training Programs to achieve exactly that?
