To help habituate a more positive mindset, every time you notice a “negative” comment inadvertently leaving your lips, follow it immediately with a “positive” comment, and notice how they both made you feel.

This will put the positive thought at the forefront of your thoughts and memories of that situation, changing the natural thought procedures to more regularly consider more positive thoughts.

Whatever you say in any given day, you’ll end up feeling great about it!
