Here’s a little Mindfulness-Monday idea – the next time you notice a gust in the wind, really feel it passing over your skin and let it fill your lungs with rich oxygen.

Awareness of the breath is the most practised technique for appreciating the present moment, so try using the breath of mother nature for a change too.
