Today’s happy idea, to remember the value of time in nature. The fresh air, the open space and the immersion in nature all help to reduce our Cortisol levels, which is the “Stress Hormone”, and the sunlight helps us release Vitamin D so we can produce Serotonin which is the brain’s primary happy chemical – so we benefit from short term and long term effects!
So make some time for the outdoors in your routine and until then I wish you a very happy day.
