Hi! A Happy Idea from A Good Way To Think!


To help nurture more positive thoughts, practice “Positive Re-framing”:

Instead of responding to a request with: “No, not until after lunch”, positively re-frame it into “Yes, we can do that straight after lunch”.

People, (especially children) respond significantly better to positively framed responses.
