The coaching provided by A Good Way To Think or it’s founder David Burvill (herein both referred to as “AGWTT”) is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any disease, physical or mental. AGWTT coaching is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information used within the site, coaching sessions or any other engagement between AGWTT and the client.  From time to time, AGWTT may supplement or revise the terms of service. Each time you use this website, you are accepting any changes to the terms of service.

User agrees that use of any or every part of the service is entirely at user’s own risk. Provider’s services are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty or information services, counselling, uninterrupted access or products or services provided through or in connection with the service.

Use of Content

Permission to use any documents, content, logo, images or other media used through the coaching engagements or other communication from AGWTT or the website site, for any purpose other than that expressly allowed by AGWTT (ie private individual use) is not granted. No part of the material may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic or mechanical without prior written permission from AGWTT. AGWTT grants the user the right to use the material by downloading, storing and making copies for private use only. None of the above grants any person the right to copy or substantially include any of the material in a published work, whether consisting in physical, electronic or whatever form, without prior written consent from AGWTT.

Privacy Statement

All communication, including email, skype conversations or other communication, will be treated confidentially. As in any traditional one-on-one therapy, if there are threats to your safety, the safety of others, child protection issues or suicidal or homicidal thoughts, AGWTT reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities as these issues override the issues of confidentiality.


At any time, AGWTT reserves the right to terminate service if misleading information is given by the client.

This service is not a substitute for treatment for severe psychiatric problems such as suicidal thinking and must not be considered so. AGWTT coaching expressly focuses on wellness as opposed to traditional illness focused psychotherapy.
