In a podcast coming out soon, I mention that complacency is possibly the greatest hindrance to our flourishing. Complacency leads to stopping at “Satisfied”, so if you want to flourish, consider these four questions below. They can change your life, for the better, if you answer them properly.*
What do I want from life?
What is great in my life at the moment?
What could be greatly improved?
What is preventing this potential improvement? [What is the specific belief, emotion, behavioural habit, or story? What is the internal conflict? What low standard have you tolerated?]
These questions won’t do anything on their own. Only the answers can change the world.

*You might want to take a few quiet, undisturbed minutes to reflect on your answers and return to them every couple of days to see any re-alignment through.
