Act how you want to feel

The more we practice anything the better we become at it, right?

Well the same rule follows if we practise acting in a way we want to act. This can work for anything from trying to “under-react” to problems we may typically over-react to, or pretending to be super positive and verbally grateful.

Whichever well-thought-out changes you may want to make to your typical mindset, ACTING how you want to feel pretty quickly FEELS the more natural way of acting.
