The more we practice anything the better we become at it, right?
Well the same rule follows if we practise acting in a way we want to act. This can work for anything from trying to “under-react” to problems we may typically over-react to, or pretending to be super positive and verbally grateful.
Whichever well-thought-out changes you may want to make to your typical mindset, ACTING how you want to feel pretty quickly FEELS the more natural way of acting.
P.s. Thanks for all the positive feedback on our Happiness Increasing Guidebook – 100 Steps Happier ! I’m delighted it’s been so well received!
P.p.s There’s been no Happy Idea blogs since the book launch due to [a] post publishing madness and [b] I’ve been enjoying a few weeks without the internet with canoe camping adventures in rural Canada and another Vipassana course! More happy ideas, articles, and free training materials on their way soon!
