Where are your thoughts right now?
How are your professional and personal relationships right now?
What is your immediate mood?
How are your hormone levels? Melatonin, cortisol, endorphins, serotonin, oxytocin… in other words, are you down on sleep, mental relaxation, physical exercise, sunlight, or physical connectedness?
What is your exact posture?
How do you feel about your long term plans and how well are they being brought into fruition?
Being fully awake to the present moment is one of the three core foundations to happiness in the Happiness Blueprint we use. The others key faculties of the mind, integral to happiness, are the ability to nurture more Positive thoughts, and to cultivate a Grateful mindset as much and as often as possible.
